The authorised person's email. Used for login and notifications.
Letter of authorisation
The letter authorising you to carry out these procedures on behalf of the organisation.
Accepted types: PDF, JPG, PNG. Up to 20 MB. If you do not have it yet, you can add it before submitting the application.
At least 10 characters.
